Her background includes 13 years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor before returning to school to become a registered dietitian. She originally got her Reiki Certificate from WCTC and then went on to get her Reiki Master Certificate. As a life-long learner, Jessica is constantly learning about new healing and energy techniques to better serve her clients. Jessica’s goal is for her clients to feel “just a little bit lighter” once they finish their session. She enjoys providing a serene space where healing can begin: mind, body, and spirit. Her passion is teaching her clients about mindfulness, energy work, and increasing their own intuition, which they can incorporate into their everyday lives.
